The Role

Do you want to make a difference in our customers lives and work with a highly collaborative, cross-functional team committed to improving the value of our service offerings across Fidelity Institutional? We are looking for a Deployment Analyst who will drive the end user experience through the use of your technical competence, client service and support skills, and brokerage knowledge to support connectivity and platform integration for Fidelity Institutional Clearing and Custody Clients.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 5 years relevant work experience in the securities industry (brokerage)
• Working experience with
• Data entry and management
• Internal and external communication
• Data files
• File delivery transfer protocols
• Network fundamentals
• Strong understanding of the brokerage industry with a focus on communication and collaboration
• Proven excellence in client support and the passion to work with clients and Fintechs directly
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills and solid understanding of file delivery protocols and network fundamentals
• Ability to work independently, and manage and execute client requests

The Team

This dynamic Integration Solutions team enables Fidelity Institutional s strategic customers and Fintechs to connect their technology with our platform. This team helps integrate new clients and support existing clients to implement robust brokerage functionality. We support strategic clients and third-party vendors through our work as we collaborate with teams across Fidelity Institutional as well as the enterprise.
