REMOTE Customer Support Agent (EST/CT Time Zones)

Qualifications:

  • 1 + years of related call center or office-based customer service experience
  • Preferred experience in Appeals & Complaint Response
  • Health insurance/Benefits experience is a plus
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially word processing, and database/spreadsheet) required. 

Job Overview:

  • The Customer Service Representative is on the front line in helping our organization deliver on its Core Values.
  • First and foremost, the CSR will consistently deliver the BEST Customer Service.
  • The CSR provides our customers with timely, accurate, and customer-focused benefit and claim information for all the products administered by our Select Benefit program.
  • These products include SB Medical, Accident, Critical Illness, Rx, Dental, Vision, and MEC products.
  • The CSR will solicit and enter the information needed to enter and process claims accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Work as a team member to support one another through flexibility, collaboration, creating a positive work environment, consistently maintain professionalism and integrity, actively taking steps to foster high morale, and demonstrating a dedication to excellence. 

Work Environment:

  • Call center environment / inbound call center / queue-style calls
  • 100% Remote - Equipment provided
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | 11:30am - 8:00pm EST
