- Job Description HR Coordinator LHH Solutions is currently working with a healthcare company in Niles, IL and they are looking to hire an HR Coordinator.
- Monday- Friday and after training there is a hybrid schedule.
- Benefits: medical, dental and vision, company pays for the employee s premium after 90 days of employment.
- Position Overview: Assist with employee benefit programs, manage leave of absence, assist with answering questions from the employees via the phone.
- Coordinating employee onboarding process by running drug tests, W-9s and background checks.
- To better employee relations, implementation of key strategies from Sr. Leaders will be carried out.
- Perform other HR administrative duties as requested.
