Overview of the Role:
Henkel is a leading global consumer goods and industrial adhesives company seeking highly motivated and innovative MBA students for Summer 2024 Brand Management & Marketing Internships. As an intern, you will play an integral part of our team, gaining real-world experience and a comprehensive understanding of a brand manager's role within a global organization. Responsibilities:
* Spearhead a strategic project to help solve a business need for your brand that assists in the achievement of long-term objectives
* Work with agencies to develop creative and bring it to market in a timely manner
* Lead an analytics project, learning the drivers of your business and collecting and connecting data from a variety of sources in a meaningful way
* Act as a valuable member of the team from day 1 by attending business meetings and helping the brand team and cross-functions with achieving day-to-day goals
* Network with senior management through projects, intern events, and presentations
Qualifications:
* Currently enrolled in an MBA program as a first-year student with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2025
* Marketing Acumen: ability to understand and grasp fundamental marketing concepts
* Analytical skills: ability to extrapolate data and perform data analysis
* Communication skills: collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong organization and timeline management skills
