The Role : As a Sr. Consultant Innovation in North America, your expertise will help Concentrix's clients align their people, processes and technology with a business strategy, and vision, for future success. You will be responsible to manage all Innovation effort for all Media & Communication clients in NA. Media & Communications vertical accounts for 2000 heads in NA i.e. 10% of NA total revenue. You will be a functional manager for innovation projects in the Media & Comms vertical. Additionally, you will also be responsible for ideation projects across NA and will functionally lead all the iChamps, iSPOCs, Project Manager (200+ heads). You will be handling reporting for the entire NA Innovation team. You will be responsible to deliver $0.5M Concentrix Savings + $0.5M Client savings every year. Additionally, you will be responsible for an Innovation score of 8.5 for 80% of the clients in your scope. Concentrix Sr. Consultants work proactively with clients, Concentrix deal and delivery teams to solution and deliver on innovative solutions like Robotics Process Automation, AI enabled Conversation Bots, QA Automation, Speech Analytics, Text Analytics, etc. Based on the client's strategic objectives, you'll improve performance across their business through reshaping processes, transforming the organization, and using enabling technology effectively. As a Sr. Consultant / Consultant, you are a trusted business advisor & change agent, responsible for working with clients to identify strategic capabilities that create competitive advantage. These capabilities may come in the form of process, information technology, organization enablement or knowledge. Responsibilities: Co-innovate with our clients to outline transformation roadmaps. Support delivery, account management, sales teams in problem solving and driving business growth Opportunity Identification by conducting detailed Process Discoveries &/ Customer Journey Mapping Develop Innovative solutions which helps in addressing the identified people, process, technology opportunities. Lead innovation related discussion with the clients during pre-sales meetings, client orals, Due Diligence, site visits, business review meetings, innovation councils and Consulting engagements Work closely with project management, IT, delivery teams to implement solutions as designed and monitor results / impact. Create a culture of problem solving by imparting trainings Identify new technologies which can help us improve CNX &/ our clients business processes Improve existing technology assets / offerings by contributing in refining product backlogs and by supporting POCs. Requirements: Overall 10+ years of experience with at least 6+ years on experience in BPS / CX industry Comprehensive understanding of Business Process Service & CX business & associated channels Strong expertise in industries/domains like Automotive; BFSI; Consumer Electronics; Energy and Public Sector; Healthcare Services; Insurance, Media & Communications; Retail & eCommerce; Technology; and Travel, Transportation & Tourism Business Analyst certification on any of the leading RPA Platforms (UI Path, AA, BP, etc) Strong understanding of AI enabled Conversation Bots (Chat Bots, Email Bots, Social Bots, Knowledge Bots, etc) IBM Watson, Amazon Lex, etc Expertise in conducting Process Discoveries & write Process Design Documents Lean Six Sigma Certification Scrum Master Certification / Scrum Product Owner Certification (Preferred) Very good understanding of Organization Change Management Very good understanding of Customer Journey Mapping Very good understanding of Design Thinking Excellent verbal and written communication skills Very strong internal and external stakeholder management Strong Power Point and Excel skills Ability to work with cross functional teams Ability to travel up to 25% Apply Now !!!
