Junior IT Support

Lamart Corporation is looking for a talented individual for its role of IT Support for its Clifton, NJ location. This is a full-time, junior position and reports directly to the Director of MIS. The right candidate will have knowledge and experience in IT support and be willing to learn the company s main business computer systems.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

�Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, printers, phones, mobile devices, and scanners.

� Helping our IT MSP with installation, monitoring, and update of network infrastructure.

� Helping our IT MSP with monitoring and maintaining computer and phone systems.

� Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

� Providing technical support across the company. You will support staff working remotely in other sites as well. You will work with our IT MSP company in managing support tickets.

� Managing user accounts in our different computer and phone systems.

� Managing repair and replacement of IT equipment and maintaining inventory of spare equipment and devices.

�Training employees in the proper use of IT equipment and mobile devices. You will also manage basic training to our employees in the area of cybersecurity best practices.

�Help the MIS department and director manage the company s ERP and other information systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

� You have a minimum of 2 years of experience doing relevant IT support.

� You are comfortable working with computerized business systems.

� You have excellent knowledge of MS Excel data analysis and reporting capabilities.

� You are bilingual: proficient in English and Spanish.

� You are methodical, detail-oriented, results-driven, and reliable, can take initiative and work effectively alone and in teams.

� You have the ability to stick to strict deadlines and are able to prioritize and delegate.

� You have excellent analytical and communication skills. You demonstrate ability to communicate complex computer systems concepts to end-users and individuals with a business background (and vice-versa).

� You can work well under-pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

� You are willing to learn our company s ERP system.

Preferred Skills:

� A bachelor s degree in MIS, CIS (Computer Information Systems), or another IT-related field.

� You have the following certifications: CompTIA A+.

� Knowledge and experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial ERP (version 9.01 or later).
