Signs365 is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative/Chat Agent to join our growing team. Successful candidates will be able to multitask, have customer service experience, and excels in a fast-paced work environment.
This position is ON-SITE and candidate will need to be able to commute to our Shelby Township, MI location.
Available Shift:
- 9:00a - 5:30p (Mon - Fri)
- 3:30p - 12:00a (Sun - Thurs)
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Provide an exceptional experience to customers via live chat
- Work with customers through live chat
- Respond to messages in a timely manner, ensuring that all questions are answered and concerns are resolved
- Send and respond to emails from current and inquiring customers
- Ability to work independently as well as alongside a team
- A strong attention to detail
Qualifications/Skills:
- Ability to read and understand oral/written instructions
- Graphics/Photoshop experience
- Sign industry experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
