Learning and Development Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a well-established company located in El Cajon, San Diego that needs an on-site Learning and Development Specialist .
Responsibilities :
- Develops programs and trainings using various tools
- Onboarding and new hire orientation
- Develops skills for training members
- Designs and implements trainings programs
- Researches latest trends and statistics
- Assist other departments as needed
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Skills :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communicator
- Good presentation skills
Experience :
- At least 2 years of training experience
- Coaching experience
Compensation : $ per hour
Employment Type : On-site, Full-time, Contract-to-hire, Located in El Cajon, San Diego
Work Hours : Monday- Friday 8am-5pm PST, 40 hours per week
