Locally owned and operated 101 Mobility (the nations largest and first full scale franchisor of Mobility and Accessibility equipment), is seeking a full-time Sales Support Representative at their location in Phoenix, Arizona.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Answer phones/return calls.
Schedule appointments for Mobility Consultants and Installation/Service Technicians.
Confirm daily appointments with customers.
Schedule customer appointments with contractors.
Handle customer concerns.
Create daily work orders for Installation/Service Technicians.
Support sales team by creating quotes, following up on sales leads/quotes, etc.
Work with various manufactures on equipment ordering/issue resolution.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills.
Call handling experience.
Candidates should have experience with Apple products/software, internet, and ability to operate cloud based operating programs.
Excellent written and oral communications.
Candidates for this job must exemplify a strong work ethic. a positive phone and personal disposition, ability to be at work on-time, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
