Desktop Support Level III Technician

We are seeking a Desktop Support "Level III" Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
• Recommend hardware and software improvements
• Track customer issues and resolutions

Qualifications:

• 5-years of experience in a Desktop Support or Junior Systems Admin role.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships with end users easily
• Positive and professional demeanor

Certifications:

• Any combination of "current" certifications in a discipline that is relevant to the job role will be accepted.
  Examples:
  • Microsoft Modern Desktop
  • CompTIA A+
  • Azure Fundamentals

Caveats:

• Working hours are Monday through Friday 8 - 5p excluding certain holidays
• This is NOT a work from home (WFH) opportunity
