- Candidates will be responsible for maintenance on extrusion lines, extruders, industrial ovens, saws, drills, conveyor lines, injection molding presses and transfer machines
- Will be performing 80/20 electrical vs mechanical maintenance in the plant
- Will be performing electrical troubleshooting 110v, 220v, 240v, 440v, 480v,
- Building and wiring panels
- Install of new equipment and rigging
- Troubleshooting of PLC's Allen Bradley
- Running conduit and running power to machines
- Mechanical troubleshooting of industrial equipment; pumps, motors, sensors, valves, pneumatics, hydraulics, gears, gear boxes, drives etc.
- Reading blueprints and schematics *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* MUST HAVES: -Must have 8-10yrs of industrial experience. prefer a journeymans card but open to 8-10yrs of exp.
- Must be able to plug in a lab top and troubleshoot using PLC's to diagnose where the problems are
- Allen Bradley -Must have own tools -Must be able to read blueprints and schematics -Must have high school diploma or GED -Must be able to build and wire control panels NICE TO HAVE: -Journeyman license
