Our Digital Operations team is accountable for content & catalog updates across T-Mobile’s digital channels and brands, driving incremental business value every day. We operate by Lean and continuous improvement principles, delivering on time, with quality and exceeding customer satisfaction standards.


In addition to developing a team, you will lead business operations and project management activities related to the creation, maintenance and operation of content and functionality across web applications.


What you’ll do in your role.

  • Lead a team of Digital Operations Managers responsible for authoring and publicizing content across multiple channels and lines of business
  • Provide direction to ensure timely, consistent, and quality results and standards for content management. Provide development feedback, mentoring, and performance evaluations to ensure and promote team health and growth opportunities
  • Contribute to the creation and evolution of content authoring principles, guidelines, and best practices. Communicate standard methodologies for requirement capture and SLAs to key partners.
  • Support pipeline managers with assigning resources, authoring requirements, intake processes, feasibility of experiences, and a triage of change requests. Responsible for communicating standard methodologies to partners.
  • Work in close partnership with UX, CX, digital marketing, and product management teams driving goals focused on content evolution, scalability, and consistency.
  • Identify process improvements, innovative solutions, and new tools to unlock broader team capacity and delivery excellence. Seek opportunities for transformation through automation and simplification of our internal processes, tools, and results that help enable the ability to scale.
  • Evangelize and implement accountability for accurate usage of processes and tools.


The experience you’ll bring.

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in digital/web content production, eCommerce, digital marketing, or similar field.
  • 1–2-years work experience in a people leadership role with a genuine desire to grow and develop future leaders.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, in particular Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Strong communication, project management, process optimization, and presentation skills. Shown ability to work with highly technical teams and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of accountability, initiative, flexibility, and results driven.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or GED
