Responsible for the overall development of technical and editorial content and message portrayed across Oracle's sales channels in execution of the company's strategy.

Baseline knowledge in digital marketing channels, programs and campaigns. Embraces the vision set by leadership and is able to translate to copy and storytelling accordingly. Job Complexity / Scope
Works closely with internal teams to concept, draft, iterate and deliver copy and client stories required for sale assets. The ideal candidate should possess an excellent sense of creative writing strategy that enables them to communicate and drive messages across our customer sales journey.
Supervision
Reports to the NAA Sales Excellence Senior Director. Will support client-first experience methodology for new and recurring writing projects and sales assets.
Preferred Experience
2+ years professional experience. Writing experience within digital marketing that includes email, display and web. Previous experience interacting with client/customer strategy and sales teams is a plus. Strong interpersonal communications and presentation skills.
Experience with copywriting, proofreading, copy editing, editing, proofing, marketing and sales communications and technical writing
Embraces the basic concepts of impactful storytelling to convey meaningful sales messages, including client stories
Ability to accept feedback from colleagues in a rapid iterative process, and effectively produce multiple highly polished and professional work under tight timelines
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to accurately set, manage, and meet deadlines
Experience in supporting a portfolio of work efforts aimed at bringing to life new ideas for how to meaningfully engage with our customers and sales teams
Simplifies the complex and has impeccable, detailed-oriented execution
Can work on and prioritize multiple initiatives and manage up as necessary
Strong customer-focused orientation, including a superior client first attitude and approach, with strong attention to active listening and understanding
ANTICIPATED DUTIES/WORK TASKS
Active role in current Sales Excellence projects, performing writer tasks, and provide input on creative projects/initiatives. As a writer you will help execute project requests from the sales excellence team, using established processes and best practices.
Proactively engage with multiple project stakeholders - including sales managers, content strategists and subject matter experts - in brainstorming initial concepts
Conduct primary and/or secondary research
Gather information, interview experts, and offer strategic and creative ideas
Craft compelling, client-centric, and brand-aligned messaging and creative concepts for North America Applications
Deliver concise, plainspoken, and accurate copy optimized for a wide range of digital- and print-based sales assets
Demonstrate creativity, versatility, and agility in writing for different mediums and audiences in a speed-to-market environment
Work as a brand storyteller, bringing out-of-the-box thinking to projects
Collaborate with team members of all levels and disciplines and contributes with their perspective in discussions.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
California Pay Range: from $79,000 to $192,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $80,000 to $172,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $90,600 to $182,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $100,000 to $182,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
