Marketing Director

LHH is currently recruiting for a Marketing Director for an onsite opportunity in the Lakeland, FL area. The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of marketing experience preferably in a B2B environment. This is an excellent opportunity that reports directly into the C-Suite and will guide them on marketing strategies to increase company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Develop company brand guidelines
• Create messaging for products and services
• Develop lead generation strategy
• Increase social media following to build brand awareness
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Manage marketing team members
• Guide company leadership on marketing best practices

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field
• B2B experience required
• Ability to work onsite in the Lakeland, FL office
