General Description
Receive and generate calls to customers and prospective clients, to guide and offer the Popular products. Identify the needs of each client in order to achieve sales goals. Among the products to offer, there are the following: loans, credit cards, reservation lines, IRA accounts, among others. Comply with the assigned work schedule and with the measurement requirements established by the unit. This position has incentives if sales metrics or goals are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Analyzes customer needs and evaluate the different Popular products alternatives available to meet them. Guide and offer the customer to the right products. Promotes the cross-selling of financial products and services. Provide information on products and services offered by Popular, such as loans, credit cards, lines of credit, payments to suppliers, balance inquiries and others.
Minimum Education
24-60 Bachelor's degree credits approvedExperience
At least two years of related experience.
Other Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills, including telephone skills and telephone etiquette.
- PC Skills including knowledge of Windows Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
- Detail oriented with analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday from 9:00AM to 6:00PM.
