Responsibilities Manage day-to-day execution of various cross-functional transformation initiatives and drive milestones to realization Maintain an integrated view of all initiatives and oversees tracking of risks Assist in identifying, resolving, and escalating issues cross-functionally that impact delivery timelines Provide communication to key stakeholder, including but not limited to; executive management, business owners, and business process leads Engage senior-level executives by building relationships, establishing credibility, conducting substantive content discussions, diagnosing needs, solving problems, and identifying relevant resources Assist with developing business cases to analyze feasibility and impact Help employees to develop a clear understanding of what they will need to do differently as a result of changes in the organization See the risks of cutting corners and provides suggestions to keep things on time and at quality standards Share information, advice, and suggestions to help others be more successful Empower teams to produce results with a sense of urgency and passion Understand company strategic goals and helps set priorities for the team Drive the team to deliver quality product ahead of deadlines and create a positive impact Adept at working cross-functionally to drive improvements in process and knowledge management Foresees issues and works proactively to make changes before they become issues Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or relevant field and Proven Experience of change management or transformation experience; OR Extensive Experience of change management or transformation experience Extensive Experience of Program Management experience in a matrix environment Demonstrated experience with the strategic and operational aspects of IT transformation and associated change management projects Experience collaborating cross functionally within all organizational levels to build collaborative relationships Experience leading acquisition integration, enterprise system upgrades, or similar projects utilizing full project life cycle from initiation to deployment Ability to lead project-based efforts to drive efficiency Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree Working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework Proven Experience managing ERP implementation or upgrades Experience with eCommerce Experience in the contact center or BPO industry Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt PMP certification preferred OCM (Organizational Change Management) certification preferred.
