Solutions Delivery Consultant

Purpose of this Position: The Solutions Delivery Consultant will be responsible for the installation, training, and support of McLeod Software's Logix Solutions. This position will also be expected to conduct demonstrations of the solutions for prospective customers. These solutions are constructed through FlowLogix, McLeod's proprietary toolset for building business process automation (BPA) applications, and are used to solve specific business-related challenges in the transportation industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Installation of Logix Solutions (BPA Solutions).
• Serve as a trainer and consultant for clients that purchase Logix Solutions (BPA Solutions); may include change management, resulting in modifications to a solution.
• Provide business and process consulting services to clients; make business recommendations on custom BPA processes and purchase of additional solutions.
• Accept software related requests from customers and provide resolutions and/or guidance.
• Analyze software issues and identify root causes.
• Assist sales with Logix Solutions demos for upgrade and new business proposals.
• Lead and assist customers in developing Standard Operating Procedures based on
  the customer's needs and industry best practices.

• Technical Training Experience.
• Software Support Experience.
• Work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Proven ability to conduct professional business meetings.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Transportation Experience with industry knowledge and/or practical knowledge as a software user (e.g., broker, dispatcher, settlements clerk, etc.) is a plus.
• Working knowledge of LoadMaster/PowerBroker or other TMS platform is a plus.
• Working knowledge of DocumentPower is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Logix Solutions is a plus.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Business Degree.
