Reporting to the Team Leader – Customer Care, the live chat agent role is responsible for connecting with members by sharing passion for an active lifestyle, demonstrating product knowledge and understanding their needs.

In this position, you will ensure customer service through your customer support skills over the live chat.


Job Responsibilities:
First point of contact for customers through Live Chat

Collect customer feedback for service improvement and product developmentEngage with customers to build and maintain long-term relationships and address customer needsEnsure we receive positive feedback on our review channels, and maintain our high feedback scoresMake the customer as successful as possibleRequirements:
Ability to work remotelyExcellent communication skills.
Detail-oriented and tech-savvyNo prior experience required.
