They are expanding the Field Service Engineer team with military talent who has a strong mechanical or electrical background or a mix of both! If you are looking to take on a position where you will be responsible for machine installations and service across the US all while living within an hour of any major airport, then this opportunity is one you must apply to.
Your day to day will consist of:
Perform diagnosis, repair, installation, and preventive maintenance of equipment at customer sites throughout North America.
Perform field and software upgrades.
Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of the equipment.
Complete required paperwork on time (for example, service reports, discrepancy reports, expense reports, and more) on a timely basis.
Achieve and maintain Customer Survey Satisfaction rating as established by the Service Manager.
Provide technical telephone support, as required.
Conduct final product testing in house, as required.
Salary DOE, full benefits, (medical, life, vision, dental, 401k), ample overtime, commissions, annual merit review, and potential for annual bonus based on the company's success.
