A Senior Manager in Marketing Operations Performance and Strategy at RingCentral will empower the Marketing organization with the processes, metrics, tools and technologies to deliver world-class marketing infrastructure.You will collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver and contribute to strategic solutions designed to meet our ambitious marketing plans.

This is a highly visible and challenging position with the opportunity to directly impact the success of the Marketing organization.
This role will be a Senior Manager of Funnel Lifecycle, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure Ringcentral's investment in marketing programs drives pipeline and revenue in an optimized and efficient way.Responsibilities would include some of the following:
  • Establishes formal cadence/timelines of reporting and measurement to ensure metrics are available on a timely basis.
  • Establishes and standardizes processes and tools for the measurement and reporting of key programs, establishment of program charters, and documentation of progress.
  • Assesses funnel performance on a regular basis with a focus on leveraging resources, technology & communication to ensure success.
  • Partner with cross-functional groups to optimize the strategies within varying marketing and sales channels (ie:
    Business Development Representatives and outbound prospecting)
  • Partner with the demand generation team to support varying channels and tactics including but not limited to campaign performance, and alignment to segment targets.
  • BDR and SDR alignment in lead processes including insights into performance, alignment with varying tactics to improve speed to lead and/or quality, and adjusting processes to optimize.

If you are hired in California, the compensation range for this position is between $119,000 and $179,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.

If you are hired in Denver, the compensation range for this position is between $101,000 and $152,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
