In this role, you will work as an online chat assistant. You will use online software to chat with customers, just as you would chat with your friends using an app. You will answer simple questions about products and services, using a provided knowledge base to find the required information.
Skills/background needed: You must have a device that can access social media and website chat functions. This can be a phone, tablet, or laptop. You must be able to follow instructions and work independently. You should also have a reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 - 18 hours a week
