Summary:

Responsible for the development of strategic pricing, volumes, and product mix recommendations with the aim to optimize Prayons product portfolio and improve margins in-line with the companys strategy. Share the strategy with the Commercial team and assist them with the strategy realization. Based on market information, propose product development projects, and take leadership on various projects in close cooperation with other departments.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement new strategic pricing, volumes, and product mix recommendations and tactical plan for phosphorus chemistry products to support overall business strategies for the chemical, pet food, construction, horticulture, and personal and healthcare industries, determined by upper-level executive leadership in cooperation with Business Managers and Strategic Marketing Supplies. Review information on market trends, costs and global market information and use the information to manage phosphorus chemistry product strategy. Distribute the product strategy to Commercial Teams and Strategic Marketing. Recommend alternatives to production and distribution methods such as tolling to ensure the best strategic and financial path to market. Develop timeline for launching new products and recommend changes in products, pricing, service, and policy by evaluating results, competitive developments, and regulatory challenges for both group goods and exported products. Negotiate, maintain and support tolling operations and contracts for each assigned business unit. Gather analyzed data reported by analysts and review commercial data from assigned business sectors. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to senior management. Work with managers and executive management to ensure production needs are fulfilled by supply chain continuity.

Education / Experience:

Four (4) years’ experience as Product Management Analyst, Demand Planner or related role in the phosphorus chemistry product industry. Experience must include SAP, Business Warehouse, C4C, development of document management system, production timelines, budget and quality assurance centralizations, and rationalization of product portfolios.
