Please include this Job ID: 168492 in the subject line of the email Responsibilities*.POSITION PURPOSE/ROLE:* The Senior Project Manager, Workforce Analytics Enablement will be responsible for establishing and enhancing processes, and management of, the intake of Workforce Analytics (WA) requirements across all functions within HR - ie HR Centers of Excellence (COE's), Field HR, and Workforce Intelligence (WI). The Senior Project Manager, Workforce Analytics Enablement, will collaborate and work very closely with the WA Technology Team to provide guidance and direction on business requirements and ensure the design, development, and deployment of the HR Reporting & Analytics projects meet the needs of the Functional Owners of those projects.

By doing so, this role will help WI to deliver on our goal to drive insights from data to enable evidence-based decisions, while also providing a very powerful "Oracle on Oracle" story for HR, and the company. This is an incredible opportunity to help drive the strategy and successful execution of complex projects across all of HR for Reporting & Analytics within the WA Platform MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:*.Strategic:* + Lead and guide HR stakeholders, while working with WA Technology, on what business insights can be drawn from our systems based on the business issue and requirements being presented + Holistically understand all data requirements and challenges, so appropriate solutions can be designed and implemented to resolve reporting and analytical gaps + Stay abreast of the latest tools, technology, and solutions offered by Oracle Analytics products and platforms + Continuously monitor and evaluate WA Project/Program Management effectiveness to ensure success and ROI.

Business Requirements, Planning & Execution, Project/Program Management, Communication, Adoption & Promotion:* + Document and translate requirements (eg Strategic & Tactical and Functional & Technical) to the WA Technology Team (eg Working with WA Technology Project Manager) and coordinate execution and delivery of holistic Reporting & Analytic solutions + Work and collaborate with the WA Technology Team using appropriate, and agreed upon, project management methodologies to ensure successful execution and delivery of all deliverables and projects (eg develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress, implement clear governance structures to ensure proper involvement in all project phases, define project scope, manage cross team interdependencies, develop contingency plans, address roadblocks, coordinate and communicate tasks, set milestones, manage project resources, and manage quality assurance through robust testing cycles.) + Communicate via executive status reports and project presentations. Focus areas include project milestones, timelines, resource allocations, dependencies and issues.

Ensures all Stakeholders and team members are apprised of project details + Oversee test schedule, plan, resources, and results to ensure that WA products are fully evaluated and issues are addressed prior to release + Administer and maintain appropriate collaboration resources in order to effectively communicate messaging and materials + Collaborate and work very closely with the HRIS Project Management Team to ensure alignment between WA Project Management and HRIS Project Management (eg Tools, Processes, Methodologies, Program Plans, Etc.) + Collaborate and liaise with the HRIS Project Management Team to prioritize and manage WA enhancements supported by OAL + Stay abreast on data governance policies to ensure that business requirements, and subsequently the WA platforms and solutions developed from those business requirements are in compliance and adhere to any/all data governance protocols. Inform/Report on Data Governance (ie Data Privacy/Data Security/Data Integrity & Quality) issues that arise as a result of work being done on WA projects + Work with HR Stakeholders to help solve problems and explore innovative ways of using our Reporting & Analytics platforms to improve workforce analytics overall.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:* The Senior Project Manager, Workforce Analytics Enablement, will be responsible for managing the execution and delivery of projects related to HR Reporting & Analytics across the HR Organization. This person will directly interface with HR Stakeholders to identify and prioritize WA gaps, and identify and address challenges so solutions can be created and implemented effectively, and in a timely manner. + Holistically understand all data requirements and challenges, so appropriate solutions can be implemented to resolve reporting and analytical gaps + Collaborate with WA Technology Team to communicate and translate business requirements, ensure technical feasibility of the project, and assess resource availability for appropriate allocation/assignment to projects + Prioritize and rank projects based on the scope and the business impact, consistent with the prioritization methodologies utilized by the HRIS Project Management Team + Oversee and monitor all aspects of projects/programs to ensure on-time delivery of all projects/programs (eg Scope, Deliverables, Milestones & Deadlines, Assignment of Responsibilities, Day to Day Execution, Escalations, Project Status & Updates, Etc.

) + Develop and maintain processes for post Go-Live maintenance and support activities for WA Projects (eg Bug Logging and Triaging Processes/Enhancement Request Process/Supporting the WA User Community for Access Related Issues/Auditing WA User Roles and WA Access on a Regular Cadence/Etc.) + Ensure that all cross-functional partners are informed and held accountable throughout the execution of projects/programs + Leverage Confluence, Slack, JIRA, Etc. to collaborate and communicate effectively with Functional Owners, WA Technology Team, and the WA Community (ie All Reporting & Analytics Users) + Assess risks to milestones or projects/programs and subsequently determine strategies and contingency plans to mitigate those risks + Conduct regular meetings with the stakeholders to communicate project status and next steps + Present overall status, summary and health of projects/programs to management on a regular cadence.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:* + 5-7+ years of technical software project management with a focus on Business Intelligence and data management + In-depth knowledge and use of Oracle's Analytics suite of products with an expert understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and data visualization best practices + Knowledge of databases, data warehouses, ETL, RPD, data management, and reporting practices + Experience with HR systems and downstream Cloud/CRM/ERP systems that consume HR data, including Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence.
