Robert Half is currently assisting a client in search of an IT Support Technician II for a client located in Orange, CA. IT Support Technician II will be responsible for in-depth troubleshooting and supporting server issues, utilizing Active Directory/O365, setting-up workstations, provide guidance for system application and handle tickets though ticketing management queue!

Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of experience with a combination of providing technical hardware, software, connectivity, application and problem resolution support to all client computers and users by
- Identify and resolve issues regarding general computer problems, printing, internet access, emails, network drives, remote connection, device set up, etc.
- Deploy and configurate new hire hardware set-up (Active Directory/Office 365), ability to “keep the lights” on and assist users with white-glove service
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers and workstations, peripherals, and services in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements
- Windows Administration experience required - Hardware and Software Configuration Required - VMware experience required (server support)
- Environment: Veeam backup, VMware, Azure/Office365, networking, routers, switches, cabling, network setups, and troubleshooting - Above all, client wants someone with PASSION!
