Appointment Setter/ Call Center

Experienced Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to effectively set appointments for our sales staff. The position is part time - 2-4 days, afternoons and evening times - 4-5 hours per day, for approx 20 hours per week.

We are a Modeling and Acting School - you will be speaking with students and their parents. All inquiries are provided - there is no "Cold Calling" .

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Meet target requirements for scheduling appointments.

Skills

• Previous experience in appointment setting role , and confirming appointments.
• Track record of achieving quotas
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills .
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Follow up on calls, emails, texts is required to book appointments.
• Manage time effectively
• Pleasant phone voice and personality.

Requirements: You should live in close proximity to this location and have your own, reliable, transportation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
