We re currently looking for: A Partner Operations Analyst to support RingCentral s hyper-growth and market-leading technology position. This person will play a key role as he/she will directly support strategic RingCentral partners managed by our National Accounts team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and maintaining strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders to drive toward measurable goals. Through superior communication skills, he/she will communicate and assist Partner Managers in implementing and understanding RingCentral process, policy, and approved operational and programmatic components. This person will also possess a solid understanding of utilizing systems and tools to create strong operational processes and efficiency for RingCentral s strategic partners. Project management and operational leadership are at the core of this role.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Serve as the primary analyst support for our Mitel Sales Team.
Drive reporting and analysis for Mitel initiatives that provide insightful direction and look-forward solutions.
Ability to create and present thought provoking analysis based upon data collected across are width breadth of company units
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver unique ad-hoc and recurring reporting that drives insights into sales performance and lead generation activity.
Create and drive operational plans with the Partner Operations Team to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
Streamline, improve and expand sales processes internally at RingCentral to support and exceed the expectations of partners.
Provide day-to-day support for Mitel management team to help them support RingCentral s data requirements in collaboration with RingCentral s internal support teams.
Work with cross-functional teams to assist with reporting and analysis, support escalations for presentations and weekly data exchange with the executive team.
Provide recommendations on activities to align with company strategy and KPI objectives.
Hold a regular cadence of conversations with the Mitel Sales Team to assess areas of opportunities based upon analysis.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
Desired Qualifications:
5-8 years working with Business Operations and/or Project Management.
Experienced in developing and speaking to analytics and KPI reporting.
Proficient in using Salesforce and BI tools including Microsoft Power BI.
Strong Project Management and Excel skills required.
Successful track record supporting strategic sales and operational initiatives.
Ability to build relationships with and strongly influence internal and external executive level decision makers.
Must be able to create and deliver strong presentations.
Must be able to articulate cross-functional sales process at an executive level.
Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong initiative and creativity applied through technology.
Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done.
BA / BS or equivalent education and relevant experience.
Strong organizational skills

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $104,000 and $128,700 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
