- We are seeking Relational Behavioral Support Staff who are experienced in modeling and mentoring healthy relationship skills (healthy boundaries, assertive behavior, personal responsibility).
- Physical intervention capabilities required (manual holds, walking briskly/jogging, using blocking equipment) as well as being available to attend weekly behavioral support meetings.
- GraceLyn Group is a non-profit organization serving people with intellectual disabilities, autism, and mental health issues in residential settings in Apple Valley, Burnsville, and Eagan, MN.Our mission is to Transform people into their authentic selves.

- Attending and participating in our training program (masterclasses, mentoring, coaching) is requisite.
