Office Administrator & Customer Support Specialist
We are searching for an experienced Customer Support & Clerical Specialist to join our company. The daily job duties include, processing customer orders, preparing pricing documentation and proposals, responding to customer calls and emails, inputting data into our customer management system, providing technical information, and completing customer paperwork. Our overall goal is to find the right person to manage the entire process, enhancing business growth, ensuring sustainability, and increasing customer satisfaction
Essential Functions:
- Maintain relationships with customers and support them with technical inquiries
- Input customer orders and issue orders to supplier
- Create and record customer invoices
- Provide shipping and fulfillment support of products in warehouse
- Track orders and shipments for customer deliveries
- Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on time delivery, resolve conflicts in delays and monitor freight expenses
- Stay up to date with company and product updates and communicate changes to customers
- Provide general assistance in office and warehouse

Skills & Abilities
- Able to understand business requirements, communicate strategy, and meet with the sales team to develop plans of action
- Effective written and oral communication skills that demonstrate the ability to express ideas and exchange information clearly and concisely
- Team player and effective in resolving issues
- Organizational skills to anticipate, plan, prioritize and self monitor workload
- Independent thinker and self sufficient in some aspects of the role
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Able to write and communicate clearly and professionally
- Able to lift 25 lbs
