From basic repairs to retrofits to complete rebuilds, Caterpillar dealers are in the unique position to offer differentiated rebuilds and services.

What will you do?

In this role, you will serve as a market specialist and divisional expert for Rebuilds as you help support Aftermarket Services Representatives in the field. Youll act as a key interface between regional sales teams, marketing teams and product groups, ensuring alignment with Rebuild aftermarket solutions, creating growth plans, and developing national merchandising programs that align with dealer needs and internal strategic plans.

Job Duties:
  • Develop and execute regional rebuild go to market strategies
  • Identify aftermarket opportunities and develop strategies to address them regionally
  • Support the development of and ensure regional consistency for rebuild sales variance programs to achieve sales objectives related to construction industry customers
  • Provide voice of market input to key internal business partners by collecting voice of customer from regional field teams and dealers
  • Lead analysis of industry key competitors regional strengths, weaknesses, and marketing tactics
  • Support development and deployment of rebuild and repair options initiatives
  • Support dealer development with training for dealer PSSRs and Rebuild Specialists
  • Leverage Prioritized Service Events (PSEs) to enable an effective rebuild sales funnel management process
Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree or 4+ years of Dealer Product Support Experience in lieu of a degree
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible job-related experience in the areas of Aftermarket Sales, Product Support/Technical Support, and/or Strategic Project Management
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

  • Experience with Aftermarket Insights tools and Prioritized Service Events (PSE)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively based on the audience
  • Ability to analyze data and identify performance improvement
  • Strong ability to engage with all levels of an organization to motivate and enable change
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflict and work collaboratively
  • Strong time management and organization skills
Additional Information:
  • Peoria, IL is the preferred work location for this position
  • Work from home locations within the US will be considered for applicants residing within 50-mile driving distance to a large, major airport for efficient travel
  • Relocation assistance is provided to to Peoria, IL only
  • Position will require travel up to 50%
  • Coverage territory is North America
