Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary:

Posts approved positions and schedules interviews for qualified candidates meeting minimum qualifications. Reviews employment applications and evaluates work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications of applicants. Records additional knowledge, skills, abilities, interests, test results, and other data pertinent to selection and referral of applicants. Works with hiring managers and reviews job orders and matches applicants with job requirements, utilizing manual or computerized file search.

Job Responsibilities:

• Post approved positions on Gavilon Fertilizer job boards


• Coordinate interviews


• Prepare and distribute offer letters


• Perform reference checks


• Request, review and update managers on background/drug screenings


• Extend offers and close position requisitions


• Maintain applicant tracking system


• EEO/AAP/OFCCP tracking and reporting

Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skills:

• 3-5 Years of experience in a human resources capacity.


• Bachelor’s degree in related field.


• Outstanding communication skills.


• Strong excel/power point/word skills.


• Ability to travel


• High energy individual who is flexible and willing to learn.


• Ability to research, problem-solve, and find plausible solutions
