Job Description:Fulfillment Team Member

Properly ordering, replenishing, and merchandising prepared foods products is critical in this role. Participating in regional promotions and monitoring inventory control are also essential. Maintaining promotional displays in accordance with OTS standards is a key responsibility. Providing friendly and efficient service while upholding a positive company image and following Standard Operating Procedures are all required. Additionally, being available to perform other duties as needed is expected. Upholding core values, supporting store initiatives, and adhering to health and safety regulations are mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Sources and restocks ingredients for meal prep using effective purchasing procedures.
  • Responds to open PO and credit reports with careful attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Successfully managing spoilage and shrinkage requires careful inventory control, something that the specialist is responsible for.
  • Provides written documentation on spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets to record progress.
  • Provides assistance in counter service and cooking tasks as specified or as demanded.
  • Collaborates with the Kitchen Manager/Chef and Team Leader to identify purchasing needs and report any issues.
  • Keeps up a congenial engagement with contractors and suppliers.
  • Helps the Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader(s) in estimating the cost of the recipe.
  • Administers the protocol for fulfilling exceptional customer requests from foreign markets.
  • Contributes to inventory management by assisting leaders.
  • Maintaining financial profitability greatly depends on the ability to achieve and exceed purchasing as well as sales goals.
  • Comes into work on time, appearing neat and well-dressed, ready to tackle job responsibilities; adheres to all work shift schedules and takes part in necessary coaching and team meetings.
