Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative;

· The associate has to handle inbound calls from the customer or B2B Providers within guidelines/goals established by the client and management.

· This position requires good communication skills; an enthusiastic approach to customer interactions;

· The ability to effectively handle information requests, compliments and complaints with a positive attitude and attention to detail;

· Must have good system skills in Excel, Word and Outlook to ensure clearance of high volumes.

Responsibilities:

· Receive requests from 3rd party/customers entities through calls and provide responses with the required documents to the requestor via call.

· Make outbound calls (if required) to confirm claim changes, if needed

· Submit changes on existing policies in system

· Set up a reminder and follow up with customer on timely manner

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Required Experience: 0 – 6 months of customer service experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $10.00 - $17.99 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Saint Petersburg, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
