We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative able to work various shifts starting between Pay: $990.00 - $1,590.00 per week hour based on experience. Weekend availability is required.
This is a remote position - you can work from your own home! There are career advancement opportunities - we are a company that strongly believes in promoting from within.
Duties and Requirements:
• Making outbound calls to provide and confirm information regarding scheduled services
• Receiving inbound calls from customers regarding our services
• The first line of contact presenting the value of our services and closing the sale
• Supporting the overall operations of the Contact Center
• Making sure customers are serviced quickly and accurately, to ensure first call resolution
• Must have adequate work from home conditions with dedicated workspace
• One year remote call center experience preferred
