Datacenter Remote Hands

The Datacenter Remote Hands is responsible for all aspects of Datacenter monitoring and equipment installation. Including monitoring of environmental software. This includes implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, and the development of specialized procedures. The Datacenter Remote Hands is required to work with other internal and external groups to deploy equipment. Will document all equipment location and assets. The Datacenter Remote Hands will work with other IT infrastructure teams to implement new equipment in the Datacenter to ensure that all TP standards are met.Work schedule: 6:00 pm to 6:00 am MDT Friday, Saturday and SundaySalary: $20 an hour with overtime opportunityMonitoringMonitoring physical building and server rooms.Monitoring BAS systems for all DatacentersMonitor and evaluate data center environmentalDatacenterReporting indicators on the systemMoving or securing network cablesInstalling CablesPower cyclingInventory management and labelingReporting on equipment issuesCompleting assigned service desk ticketsMinimum 1 years of IT experience.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Server OSGeneral knowledge of TCP/IP networkingMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Willing and able to work with a high level of urgency and professionalism.Ability to effectively deliver multiple concurrent projects, meeting tight customer driven deadlines.
