Renewal by Andersen of St. Louis is seeking a Full-time Call Center Representative to convert both inbound and outbound calls into sales appointment to promote business growth by expanding the company's clientele. This position starts at a base salary of $18/hr. and is bonus eligible.

Job Summary

As a Call Center Representative, you will act as the "Voice of Renewal by Andersen" by calling interested prospects from our database and answering incoming calls from prospects responding to our advertising. You will learn and use the Renewal by Andersen methodology to provide information about product's features, prices, and present their benefits. The Call Center Representative will be accountable to fulfill activity and appointment goals within guidelines. You must always uphold company culture while making customers feel respected, cared for, and delighted with their experience.

Responsibilities

  • Sell the value of an in-home consultation and convert appointments.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
  • Keep records of calls, sales and record useful information using the CRM tool.
  • Meet or exceed a high volume of inbound and outbounds calls to customers.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered.
  • Meet quality, productivity, turnaround time and other expectations.
  • Follow up on voicemails and other inquiries.
  • Coaching and training, as needed.

Skills

  • Proven work experience in inside sales, outbound call center and/or sales positions, (preferred).
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused, results oriented, strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
  • Strong listening skills, attention to detail and high level or accuracy is needed.
  • Able to work non-traditional hours (evenings and weekends).
