Full, Part-time, or Spare-time position -Commission Only- work from home sales, helping families that have responded to corporate marketing over the phone or video conference. We offer 100% flexible schedule, you work around your life instead of living around your work. This position is great for those who have a family, community, or other personal commitments that they need to keep while still having the ability to earn a great income.

Responsibilities:
Our agents contact new client leads who have expressed interest in our products and services, through our multi-channel marketing, and help them find the best insurance solutions for their needs. There is absolutely no cold calling or door knocking. We utilize multiple marketing channels to find potential clients who want what we have. Your job is to connect with them and help find the best coverage.
Requirements:
***Must either have or be willing to obtain an active life and health insurance license and pass a background check within 30 days of hire***
Applicants must be coachable and willing to follow our proven sales system.
Applicants should also be highly motivated, self-disciplined and interested in helping families.
Basic computer skills is a must. No special equipment required.
Entrepreneurs, direct-care professionals, customer service reps, teachers, health care professionals, sales reps, pastors, business managers, stay-at-home parents traditionally do very well with our company.
Must be willing to attend annual conferences and/or regional meetings for personal and professional development.

No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
