Administrative Assistant - Facilities Management

We are looking for a friendly, professional multitasker to join our Facilities Management team to:

• Manage site needs and expectations by submitting tickets, purchase orders, and other requests, as necessary
• Collect data from different sources for utilization by the Real Estate Team
• Coordinate Work Orders for new hires
• Coordinate Team calls and collection of notes derived from Team calls
• Create visibility in NA for Sustainability, Construction Projects, etc.
• Comfortable being assigned
• Greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, managing guest traffic
• Maintain security/safety for both employees and visitors by following company procedures
• Maintain a positive attitude and high level of professionalism
• Coordinate, receive and distribute all incoming mail, packages and deliveries
• Distribute visitor and temporary ID badges and maintain visitor and ID badge logs
• Creating New Hire and replacement IDs
• Other duties as assigned

• Have experience submitting purchase orders, and are comfortable working in MS Office Suite programs like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Previously worked in real estate, facilities management, or commercial leasing and understand the many facets of our work
