Customer Service Representative
Ross Aviation is currently seeking new team members who share our passion for customer service excellence and the aviation industry! The Customer Service Representative is a critical position on our team and responsible for providing a friendly, professional and courteous experience to all Ross Aviation customers, suppliers and employees. This position will report to the Customer Service Manager and is located in Anchorage, AK.

Key duties include:
- Performs all customer service handling, such as helping customers on the phone or in person with aircraft scheduling, fueling, invoicing, etc.
- Performs customer van runs, setting up rental car and hotel reservation, arranging catering and any other special requests.
- Processes all transactions in our online system; ensures that all documentation, receipts, transactions, accounting records, etc. are accurately completed and processed in a timely manner,
- Complies with all current safety regulations, administrative procedures, methods, practices and company standard operation procedures (SOP).
- Ensures that all documentation, receipts, transactions, accounting records, etc. are accurately completed, processed and forwarded to the appropriate people.
Qualified candidates will:
- Be highly organized, motivated and detail-oriented.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Be comfortable working on a small, but mighty team, and pitch in wherever needed.
- Be passionate about going the extra mile to service our customers.
- Have previous experience in customer service or hospitality (strongly preferred, but not required).
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (strongly preferred, but not required).
- Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Possess and maintain valid state drivers' license.
- Be comfortable working with new technology and proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Expected Hours of Work:
- This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. Work schedule will be flexible between mornings and evenings.
