NTT DATA's Client is currently seeking a Deskside Support to join their team in Greenville, NC, US

Onsite Deskside Support Role Responsibilities

• Supporting the business users with their daily IT issues, questions
• Acting as escalation point and Interface between Business & IT
• Software installs and Standard Desktop Application support
• Hardware break fixes and swap-outs
• Supporting large enterprise projects & initiatives
• Smart hands & eyes for centralized teams and for technology rooms, MIM resolutions and investigations
• Remediate desktop security issues under the leadership of global security teams
• Provide IT2Go services at select sites
• Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing between Site Support & Service Desk
• Assist colleague on/off-boarding
• Conference room maintenance
• Local IT vendor relationships
  

Core Support

• Office 365/Microsoft Office Suit
• Active Directory
• Imaging/SCCM
• Encryption/Bitlocker/SEE
• Ticketing Systems (ServiceNow)
