Duties:
- Oversee the production of beamed hides and skins for the gelatin peptide industry.
- Responsible for receiving and storage of inbound inventory.
- Responsible for monitoring the production cycle to ensure the quality of finished products.
- Manage a staff of 3 supervisors and 6 operators.
- Responsible for the safety of the staff and equipment.
- Responsible for ordering chemicals and other process inputs.
- Reports directly to the Plant Manager.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of college chemistry.
- Experience supervising a team.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365.
- Understanding of waste water treatment considered a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
